IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH AN ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM TO DISCUSS A RETURN. YOU MUST GET APPROVAL FIRST FOR ANY RETURN.
LEATHER PRODUCTS: IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH A LEATHER PRODUCT (TOO BIG, SMALL, COLOR, ETC.) CONTACT US.

LEATHER ITEMS ARE CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER AND THEREFORE CANNOT ALWAYS BE RETURNED. HOWEVER, IN MOST CASES IT CAN BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT. ALL LEATHER RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15% STOCKING FEE. THIS IS TAKEN FROM YOUR STORE CREDIT.
WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING LEATHER ITEMS: PERSONALIZED NAME COLLARS, NAME HARNESSES, NAME LEASHES, SUPERMAN HARNESSES & COLLARS OR ANY SUEDE LEATHER ITEMS.

APPAREL: CAN BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT IF IT HAS NOT BEEN WORN OR WASHED.
TOYS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON TOYS UNLESS IT IS A DEFECTIVE ITEM.
DEALS/SPECIALS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ITEMS FROM THE DEALS/SPECIALS PAGE.

*ORIGINAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING AND RETURN POSTAGE CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, UNLESS IT WAS OUR MISTAKE. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE WILL BE EXCHANGED IF RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE.
